The Consultation Process:
1/ Please book a convent time and pay for a follow up consultation from the calendar.
2/ Please pop your skype address in the ‘order notes’ at the checkout stage of purchase.
3/ I will then video call you at the scheduled time for the appointment, from there the consultation process will be exactly as if you were in our clinic! (please be ready at the chosen time as we start right on time).

4/Towards the end of the consultation I will advise you of the prescription, prices and how this will be delivered to you.
5/We will work together to devise a follow up plan that works for you – this will include when a follow up appointment is needed.
6/ You can then go to the booking section of our website and purchase, schedule your follow up appointment (this is usually done straight after the initial appointment to ensure a convenient time is still available).
7/ I will provide you an email summary of what was discussed and prescriptive advice.
8/ Start working towards your health goals!

Terms and Conditions:
I know that things come up and life ‘happens’, therefore I will always try and accommodate for extreme and unexpected circumstances.
That said, my time and energy is valuable too, so the following cancellation policy is in place:
– Up to 48 hours notice and reschedule – no charge.
– Up to 12hrs cancellation and reschedule – 50% charge.
– Less than 3 hours notice – 100% cancellation charge.
