2 cups shredded zucchini
1 cup macadamia butter (OR almond butter)
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the batter into a pan lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Let the brownies cool and then cut into squares
- Store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
(Also freeze if making a big batch!)
