The Poo Lo’Down:

Poo can be a bit of a taboo subject (especially around the dinner table!), but seriously, if you are not pooing regularly (constipation) you are at risk of reabsorption of toxins, from the intestinal wall, back into the bloodstream.

Likewise, if you are pooing too frequently, and its runny and unformed (diarrhoea), you at risk of lack of absorption of important nutrients! Check out where you are on the Bristol-Stool-Chart – you want to aim to be a ‘type 4’!
