Easy Almond Flour Pancakes
1.5 cups almond flour
1/2 cup almond/oat/coconut milk (slightly more/less depending on your desired thickness)
½ tsp. cinnamon
Coconut oil (for cooking)
Blueberries (to serve)
Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl using a hand blender or whisk
Heat pan with a small amount of coconut oil
Cook pancakes on a large pan until bubbles form and both sides are golden brown.
