Chocolate Tahini Balls

½ cup of hulled tahini
¼ cup rice malt syrup (a little splash more if you have sweet tooth)
½ desiccated coconut
½ cup of LSA (or almond meal)
½ cup of quinoa flakes
¼ cup of cacao powder
4 tbsp. of chia seeds

– Mix all ingredients together
– Form into small balls
– Roll in desiccated coconut

Enjoy with your favourite cuppa, or grab one when you are on the run 🙂
