I can’t believe how good these are!
I usually make a double batch and store them in the freezer.
Full of protein, healthy fats and calcium (tahini contains lots of easily absorbable calcium).
½ cup of hulled tahini
¼ cup rice malt syrup (a little splash more if you have sweet tooth)
½ cup desiccated coconut
½ cup of LSA (or almond meal)
½ cup of quinoa flakes
¼ cup of cacao powder
4 tbsp. of chia seeds
Mix all ingredients together
Form into small balls
Roll in desiccated coconut
Store in the fridge or freezer.
