Cashew Milk

2 cups of activated cashews
1L of filtered water

1/ Blend nuts and water on high speed for 1-2 minutes.
2/ Strain mixture through a nut milk bag – liquid is squeezed into a bowl.

3/ Store the milk in the fridge and keep the pulp for other recipes!

Use cashew milk for smoothies, warm drinks, soups and sauces.
You can also substitute cashews for almond to make a delicious almond milk!
